PRESTICIOUS OF BREAST FEEDING

Everyones know that breastfeeding is important part for mother and children. The American of pediatrics the American Dietetic associating promote breastfeeding as the best sourch of infant nutrition. Breastfeeding is a complete nutrition that is easy for baby to digest, which promotes the child eating more often due to faster digestion.

Breastfeeding is the feeding of infant or young child with breast milk directly from female human breast. Babies have  a sucking reflex that enables them suck and swallow milk. Example recommend that children be breastfed within one hour of birth exclusively breastfed for the first month. And than breastfed until age two. Appropriate, nutritionally adequate and save complemantory  foods.

Babies  is need to get breastfeeding, and mothers due is give the babies breastfeeding. Breastfeeding is prove of eternity love between mothers and child to be more close and they have strong instink because of it. Some  adventageus is decrease allergies, decrease risk of diabetes and celiac desease, decrease the risk for obesity in adulthood, help in uterine shrinkage, decrease risk of breast cancer, decrease depression, decrease of osteoporosis.

The problem was fighting now is why there are many mother don’t care and forgating about “the importance of breastfeeding” instead they know that to giving exclusive breastfeeding can reduce mother mortality and child mortality. As we known, there 8 catagories  in MDGs or millennium Development gold, and as midwife, or nurse or doctor or mediciner we focus at catagories number 4 and 5. Nomer four is reduce child mortality, nomber five is improve maternal health.

There is important thing for every woman to know that the woman is role in exert to make healthy and diligent of our generation. Like a car, a women is “start knop”. Women is starter how the generation will growth to be more diligent and being useful for everyones, country and religion. Who are mothers don’t want to get good immunity system, healtier and diligent childs? Ya.., everymother want to get good childs.

Now, I would like to tell you about story 11 juny 1999. That day, after the midwives go home, the nice baby  had been crying the mother hug baby than she put  him in her chest, the mother is hug him with all of love. At those time, breastmilk not dispend yet, so the heandsome baby unstoppable craying. That baby is mybrother.

Than, mygrandmother put banana, than she make  banana to be smoothly used spon. She say ; “ babies craying is because feel hungry, to stop his craying we must give him foods, banana is right for him now but it’s our secret don’t let the midwive know about this”.

In midwifery, babies can’t eat other foods except breastmilk. If new brown babies eat others. They will get problem with their digestive . I know now that mygrandmother is absolutely wrong, because she give mybrother the bananas as we know that banana is not good for  newborn baby like mybrother that time. Not only bananas new born baby can’t eat or drink like honey or pure water.

The other problem is that our society belive in “formula milk advertisment” there are many society who guess that formula milik is better  than brestmilk  when some individu notice babies formula, they notice that babies formula  have plump body and look like better. It’s defiantly wrong! Because as we know that babies formula have posssibelity to be obesity.

Now, I would like to tell you about myneighborhood. Myneighborhood have new born baby, the problem is like mybrothers story but they give bananas for new born baby everyday, obviously that baby can’t flatus and motion for 3 day. All their family is vary nervous, they don’t know what should they do. Than thay send babies to go to hospital. The doctor said that the babies must do operation. They are so sadly…

In the end, I would like to promote about exclusive breastfeeding. Breastfeeding is the normal way to providing young infants with the nutrition they need for healthy growth and developments.

We wish that one day our generation to be good leader. Thay can build  our nation, country and religion. We believe that one day our dream will come true more then we guess. Aameen.
